As a Stanford graduate, I knew I wanted to live in Palo Alto, but Palo Alto’s housing prices intimidated me. Purchasing my first house, in one of the country’s most expensive markets, seemed downright scary. Luckily, I had Christine by my side. She was helpful and patient at all times. She never pushed me too much, but encouraged me constructively to bid aggressively when the best houses came on the market. Without her wisdom and help, I would still be looking at open houses today.
